If you have an issue, contact Support via the app, or email email@example.com - who will resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
If you have not received a satisfactory response within a reasonable period of time, or you feel that you have not been treated fairly, please submit a new ticket containing 'COMPLAINT' in the subject line with the original Ticket ID.
This will fast-track your ticket to our escalations team who will respond to your enquiry within 24
