When depositing XRP to LBX, first generate a deposit address by selecting ‘Deposit’ and choosing XRP from the list. The generated address will look something like this:
XRP addresses work slightly different to most other cryptocurrency addresses in that two inputs are often required for transfers - the ‘deposit address’ and the ‘destination tag’.
To deposit XRP into your LBX account, you will need to utilise the ‘destination tag’ function. The unique destination tag for your account is found within the deposit address generated for you. The XRP deposit address consists of only alphanumeric characters.
At the end of your deposit address, you will see ‘?dt=’ followed by a string of numbers. These numbers are your destination tag and are required to credit your LBX account with XRP.
Deposit Address: r4E49HU6CTHyYMmsYt3F1ar1q5W89t3hfQ
Destination Tag: 1
Your destination tag is the series of numbers directly after ‘?dt=’. Please remember that ‘?dt=’ does not form part of either your deposit address or your destination tag.
Important note: If you send XRP to the correct deposit address but do not include your unique destination tag, please contact Support as it may take an extended period of time for your funds to be credited to your account.
